Foundation Payroll Service

For more than a decade, the Foundation has helped over 3,500 students and dozens of employers have fulfilling internship and work experience through our payroll service. As the employer of record, the Foundation handles key human resources and administrative tasks, allowing employers to focus on creating meaningful work experiences for students. 

 

Paid internship services are available to employers throughout California, regardless of whether they are currently using the LaunchPath tool.

Payroll Service Fee Structure; it's simple! 

 

  • Student hourly rate, plus employer payroll taxes (estimated at 12% to 15%), plus a 15% mark-up that covers payroll and administration fees. Percentage for employer tax is determined by assigned workers compensation codes.
